All about EOR Australia
Your Australian hires
legally employed by us
EOR Australia provides employer of record cover to companies that have no Australian entity. The contract, payroll and super sit with us as your employer of record, while you choose the person, direct the work and settle one invoice a month.
Hiring one person in Australia normally means a Pty Ltd, an ABN, PAYG registration, state payroll tax and a workers’ compensation policy. EOR Australia exists so your first hire can start before any of that is needed.
Our story
Why we started
Many overseas companies find a strong candidate in Australia and then stall on superannuation, modern awards and state rules they have never met. Global platforms tend to quote one price per country but give little help reading an award or a payroll tax threshold.
We work on Australia alone, as employer of record, at a flat monthly fee, with specialists in Australian employment answering your questions.

Every hire gets a written contract, the Fair Work Information Statement and a TFN declaration before the first pay.
Team size can change
Add a second hire in Perth or end an arrangement with the correct NES notice; the fee applies per employee, per month.
Pricing in plain view

Your support
Who helps your Australian team
Four roles cover your account and your employees, each working with the Australian authorities that apply.
Your account director
Ben sets up your account, agrees the pay cycle and reviews each invoice with your finance contact.
Payroll, tax and super
Lachlan runs PAYG withholding for the ATO, lodges STP Phase 2 reports each payday and sends super to each employee’s chosen fund within 7 business days.
HR and employee questions
Jess answers leave, payslip and award questions, and points employees to the Fair Work Ombudsman where useful.
Contracts and first payday
Emily issues the contract with the Fair Work Information Statement, collects the TFN declaration and the employee’s super fund choice, and confirms the first pay date.

Which parts of Australia we cover
